Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Report discrepancies and maintain financial accountability.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, after-sales management, customer service, and management skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
