Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately using cash register or POS system
• Receive payments in cash, credit, or other approved payment methods
• Issue official receipts and provide correct change
• Assist customers with inquiries and product information
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area
• Perform cash count and reconciliation at the start and end of shift
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or overages to the supervisor
• Follow company policies, procedures, and cash-handling standards
• Support store operations as needed
