- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures for transactions.
Requirements
- Job Title: Cashier
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cashiering, customer-oriented, hospitality skills, and quick service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean work area.
- Working Conditions: Typically fast-paced environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, reliable, and able to work in a team.
