Description

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
  • Perform daily cash register reconciliations.
  • Manage cash transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist with financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in general accounting, strong discretion, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of Statement of Changes in Equity.
  • Working Conditions: Typically works in a retail or corporate environment, possibly requiring evening or weekend hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
