To monitor and facilitate transfer of funds to support funding requirement of BO and disbursement of payment for corporate obligations of AFPSLAI in compliance with set policies regarding the same.

1.    Prepares consolidated cash position report of the Association.

2.    Receives collection remittances/investment maturities, prepares OR/deposit slips, abstract of collections and facilitates deposit of the same.

3.    Ensures that all collections received are immediate deposited in the designated depository bank.

4.    Communicates with Branch Office and attends to the funding request of branch offices.

5.    Prepares inventory of checks on hand and endorses all unclaimed checks to Head, COB for safekeeping by the end of the day.

6.    Ensures that payments to suppliers, utility companies and other institutions/individuals are  immediately released.

7.    Ensures that required documents are complete prior to the actual release of corporate disbursements.

8.    Facilitates actual release of corporate disbursements.

9.    Prepares entries for the recording of disbursements transaction in the general ledger thru SAP.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Education

• Graduate of a four year bachelor’s degree preferably in Banking, Finance or Business Management

Preferred: Work Experience

• Minimal or no work experience required
