Description

  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
  • Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and clients to meet project deadlines.
  • Construct, repair, and install wooden structures; perform electrical fittings; ensure safety standards.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Carpentry or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in carpentry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in hand welding, electrical work, and wiring.
  • Working Conditions: May involve outdoor work, exposure to tools and equipment; adherence to safety protocols is crucial.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
