Description
- Engage with customers, conduct sales presentations, and manage paperwork.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features and pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate sales agreements and financing options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in automotive sales or related experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, financial literacy, driving proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment with weekends and holidays expected.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude.
