Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis

• Conduct routine inspections (shaken/shinsaken)
• Identify mechanical or electrical issues using diagnostic tools

Maintenance & Repair

• Perform oil changes, brake adjustments, tire rotation, and alignment
• Repair or replace worn parts (e.g., belts, hoses, spark plugs, batteries)
• Work on engine systems, suspensions, transmissions, and air-conditioning

Preventive Maintenance

• Ensure scheduled maintenance is performed to prevent breakdowns
• Replace fluids and filters as needed

Use of Equipment

• Operate diagnostic machines, lifts, and hand tools safely and efficiently

Documentation

• Record inspection results and repair work performed
• Follow workplace safety and documentation rules as per Japanese standards

Workplace Etiquette

• Follow Japanese standards for cleanliness, time management, and teamwork
• Understand and observe company regulations and Japanese work culture

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience is just an advantage.
• Can fulfill a 3-year contract in Japan.
• At least high school or vocational graduate.
• Basic automotive knowledge or experience (preferred).
• Willing to undergo Japanese language training (usually N4 level or higher).
• Physically fit for manual work.
