Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Facilitate escalations to senior staff when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics including call volume and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; high school diploma preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, financial literacy, technical skills, and sales pitching/closure.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, empathetic, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
