- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Document call interactions and maintain customer records.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Proficient in English language
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and people skills
