- Manage and support customer inquiries related to electronics products and services.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language, Customer Service, and Call Centre operations
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving aptitude, and a positive attitude
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for occasional remote work
