Qualifications:

• High school graduates are welcome to apply with at least 1 year of CSR experience.
• College graduates (any course) may apply even without CSR experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first attitude.
• Amenable to work in Nightshift schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries professionally
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
• Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards
