Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Medical Representative (Call Center) to join our healthcare support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical products, provide medical information, address inquiries, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Promote and explain medical products, therapies, and services effectively.
• Provide accurate product information, dosage guidelines, and usage instructions as per compliance standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Maintain a database of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree ( Any Allied Sciences ) not for Nursing & doctors
• 1 - 2 years bedside direct adult patient care experience
• or 1 year Bpo healthcare account experience
• Good Communications Skills
• No pending application to Sagility or HGS
