- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Utilize call center software to log interactions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and develop rapport with customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals.
- Collaborate with team members and management for continuous improvement.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in any field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language and strong communication skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with shifts, may include evenings or weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are vital.
