- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and empathetically.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the call center system.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency
