We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service across voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, or technical support
• Document customer interactions and update account information
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (any course)
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Previous BPO or customer service experience for college level
• Willing to work on night shifting schedules
