We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Call Center Agent to join our team. This role focuses primarily on outbound calls, with no queuing involved. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and able to communicate effectively with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing clients.
• Promote company products/services and explain key features.
• Build rapport and maintain a professional conversation flow.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in the system.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• With at least 6months of experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented and eager to learn.
