Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update information accurately.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for shifts, and flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, patience, positivity, and adaptability.
