Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
  • Achieve performance metrics and KPIs set by management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Course: Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services or a related field

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year direct adult patient care such as but not limited to
  • Long term care
  • Home and community based services
  • Hospital/facility setting
  • Case management and/or working with managed care org
  • BPO healthcare - member services via Phones (Benefits, Eligibility, Pre-authorization)
