Description

  • Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance representatives regarding healthcare plans, medical claims, billing inquiries, coverage, and pre-authorizations.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and timely information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in navigating insurance benefits, claim status, eligibility, and out-of-pocket costs.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Document all call interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies, HIPAA regulations, and client procedures.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs including call quality, call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • With or without experience in BPO
  • Proficient in English
