Description
- Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance representatives regarding healthcare plans, medical claims, billing inquiries, coverage, and pre-authorizations.
- Provide accurate, clear, and timely information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in navigating insurance benefits, claim status, eligibility, and out-of-pocket costs.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Document all call interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies, HIPAA regulations, and client procedures.
- Meet or exceed KPIs including call quality, call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- With or without experience in BPO
- Proficient in English
