  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve performance targets and metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Support training and onboarding of new agents.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, adept team player, and a strong work ethic.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment; may include shift work, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
