• Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy

• Assist customers by providing product and service details

• Address and resolve issues promptly and accurately

• Handle account updates, service requests, and related transactions

• Keep records updated and document customer interactions

• Adhere to company policies, scripts, and performance standards


Good communication skills

Confident in speaking in English
