Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for flight bookings, changes, baggage, and travel inquiries
• Resolve issues promptly and accurately
• Provide excellent customer experience

Requirements:

• SHS Graduate + at least 2 years in college (4 semesters no back subjects for old curriculum) OR College Graduate
• At least 1 year work experience (BPO or non-BPO); hospitality/travel/airline experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules if needed (including nights, weekends, holidays)
