Description

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage potential customers and introduce services
  • Convert leads into paying customers by effectively presenting offerings and handling objections
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine and improve sales strategies

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage but not required (training provided)
  • Confidence and persuasive skills to handle objections and close deals
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not mandatory)
