- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet goals.

Requirements
- Location: Open for applicants living in BULACAN.
- Educational Qualifications: Completed at least 2yrs in college w/o back subjs. in any field.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 1 year international voice call center experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: WFH, Nightshift.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
