Key Responsibilities Overview

 

1. Responsible for the R&D of core modules of a high-performance trading system, including market data integration, order processing, risk control engine, matching logic, etc.

2. Participate in system architecture design and optimization to enhance system throughput, stability, and scalability.

3. Write high-quality, maintainable C++ code to ensure low latency and high availability of the system.

4. Deeply understand and optimize system performance in areas such as multithreading, memory management, and network communication.

5. Participate in testing, deployment, and operations of the trading system, promptly diagnosing and resolving issues in the production environment.

Qualifications

 

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience in developing securities, futures, forex, or high-frequency trading systems.

3. Familiar with the use and optimization of middleware such as Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.

4. Proficient in C++11/14/17 standards, familiar with libraries such as STL and Boost, with solid programming fundamentals.

5. Familiar with Linux/Unix systems and proficient in common debugging tools and performance optimization methods.

6. Experienced in multithreading and network programming (TCP/UDP, ZeroMQ, gRPC, shared memory, etc.).

7. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating system principles, with deep insight into low-latency and high-concurrency scenarios.

8. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work under high-pressure conditions.
