We are looking for a skilled and reliable Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products, including marination, according to quality standards and customer requirements. Applicants residing near Parañaque or those who are willing to stay in are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats such as beef, pork, and poultry.
• Portion and prepare cuts of meat based on customer specifications and internal recipes.
• Perform marination processes according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Operate and maintain marination equipment such as marinators, mixers, and vacuum sealers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Inspect meat products for quality, freshness, and proper storage.
• Monitor inventory levels of meat and marination ingredients and report stock needs or spoilage.
• Follow food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing meat and marination supply deliveries.
• Ensure accuracy in product labeling, pricing, and batch documentation.
• Work closely with the kitchen or operations team for special requests, bulk orders, or recipe adjustments.
