Business Analytics and Reporting

• Design, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reports for Management and Sales teams.
• Analyze sales trends, category performance, and account profitability to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM, ERP, and BI platforms; lead data cleansing and validation activities.
• Produce ad-hoc and regular reports for decision-making, including channel performance and customer segmentation.

Sales Forecasting

• Lead the end-to-end sales forecasting process for all Sales channels/divisions and product categories.
• Integrate historical sales, promotional plans, market trends, and customer input to produce accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to align forecasts with production and inventory plans.

Process Improvement

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to streamline data flows and reporting processes.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current sales data practices and propose solutions.
• Introduce best practices in analytics and forecasting across the sales organization.
• Train team members on using reports and dashboards effectively.
• Establish data governance and usage guidelines to promote consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business analytics or related fields
• Strong numeric and analytical skills
• Creative skills; proficient in business presentations
• Excellent communication skills; able to interact with all levels of personnel
• Growth mindset and willingness to initiate new ways of working
