Position: Business Management Graduate
Role Overview:
You will play a critical role in overseeing the business's financial and operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Recent graduate or graduating student with a degree in Business Management.
Residency: Must be a valid resident of the Philippines to meet legal requirements for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage financial transactions, including bookkeeping, budgets, and expense monitoring.
Coordinate with banks for account opening, payroll facilities, and eFPS enrollment.
Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements, including BIR and other statutory filings.
Collaborate with other team members in operational planning and resource allocation.
·Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
Scope of Work
Successful applicants will assist in:
Business Registration & Compliance:
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): Handle name appeals, documentary requirements, TIN applications, stock registration, and compliance.
BPLO: Secure barangay clearance, LGU permits, insurance, and mayor’s permit.
BIR: Process receipts, books of accounts, tax compliance, and electronic filing.
SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG: Ensure statutory registrations and activation.
Banking: Open and manage business bank accounts and payroll systems.
Operational Setup:
Formulate contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
Collaborate with local and government offices for required approvals.
Requirements
Must be a graduate (or graduating) from one of the following universities:
University of the Philippines (UP)
Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)
De La Salle University (DLSU)
University of Santo Tomas (UST)
Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)
National University, Philippines (NU)
Preferred Skills:
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with Philippine business compliance requirements is an advantage.
