Overview:

As a BD Specialist, you will support local user growth by onboarding new agents, affiliates, and KOLs. You will execute BD tasks under the direction of regional leads and work with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with outreach and onboarding of affiliates and KOLs.
• Monitor partner activity and escalate growth opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional material delivery and campaign setup.
• Track results and provide regular updates to the team.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in crypto-related BD, sales, or partnership roles.
• Understanding of trading platforms, referral systems, and incentives.
• Motivated, organized, and fluent in English + local language.
