岗位名称：合约业务拓展BD
一、岗位职责
1.负责拓展合约业务合作渠道，包括但不限于加密行业 KOL、社群主、量化策略团队、流量网站、自媒体博主、代理商及垂直媒体等
2.维护渠道良好的合作关系，通过精细化运营提高渠道的产出效能
3.根据公司增长指标完成既定的增长任务，具备独立解决问题的能力
4.积极参与行业大型活动，持续挖掘潜在渠道与业务增长机会
5.具备优秀的数据分析能力，能够以数据为导向驱动渠道管理
二、任职要求
1.拥有web3合约业务渠道资源、传统金融客户资源或互联网流量推广经验者优先
2.逻辑清晰，思维敏捷，对行业趋势与市场动态有敏锐的洞察与判断力
3.对渠道管理与运营有自己的方法论，如：渠道拓展、转化、提产等有系统性认知
4.重视合规经营，自我驱动力强，具备良好的职业形象优先
5.具备较强的抗压能力与目标导向意识，适应快节奏、高要求的工作环境
