Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Work Setup: Remote | Night Shift (8 PM–5 AM PHT, Monday–Friday)

Salary: ₱20,600/month (≈2,500 RMB) + performance-based bonuses

Contract: 1-year renewable | Paid training included

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and engage leads for US-based clients
• Generate new business opportunities and schedule product demos
• Follow structured sales scripts to close initial deals
• Coordinate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience in BPO, customer service, or cold-calling
• Conversational English communication skills
• Own PC/laptop, stable internet, and willingness to work night shift
• Prior experience in lead generation or appointment setting is a plus
