Job Title: Business Development Specialist (BD) for the Philippines Market

Work Location: Philippines (Remote work available)

Salary Range: Monthly salary of 200 USD base salary plus bonuses (based on your work performance)

Responsibilities

1. Digging New VIP Users

• Find potential users and paid users on other platforms
• Take the initiative to communicate and introduce the advantages and functions of the platform
• Invite users to register and join the platform

2. Promote New Users to Become Active Users

• Follow up with newly registered users to ensure that they participate in the chat room and daily activities
• Guide users to participate in suitable activities to improve retention and interaction
• Convert new users into active users + paid users

3. Promote New Users to Recharge

• Follow up the recharge situation of new users and provide timely guidance
• Improve the recharge performance of users in the first month after joining the platform

4. Daily Follow-up and Problem Handling

• Answer users' questions and provide usage guidance
• Collect user feedback and report it to the relevant teams in time
• Ensure that new users have a good experience from the first day

Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Tagalog and fluent in English (no barriers to business communication), and flexibly adjust communication styles. (e.g., using approachable and professional language for targeted core users)
• At least one-year work experience as official administrator/BD/operator in competing platforms (e.g., poppolive, bigolive, kumu, starmaker, badoo, chamet, hala, sugo, tango), clear understanding in competitors' operational strategies and user pain points
• Familiar with user acquisition strategies of top competitors, deep understanding of high-value user behavior in the Philippines market
