We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive based in the Philippines to support our expansion in the US and Canada. This role requires strong lead generation skills, client acquisition experience, and the ability to engage professionally with international clients.


  • Generate new business opportunities through lead research, prospecting, and structured outreach.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns to build and nurture a strong lead pipelines.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support branding activities across the US & Canada market.
  • Understand client needs, present suitable solutions, and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Track and analyze business development performance to improve strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive developments.


Job Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation for the US & Canada market.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Experience with email marketing tools, CRM platforms, and cold calling.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with branding or market positioning is a plus.
  • Must be residing in the Philippines.
  • We require candidates who are comfortable working night shifts and maintaining consistent availability.
