We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Business Development Recruiter to lead talent acquisition initiatives while driving business growth through strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine recruitment expertise with business development acumen, bringing hands-on experience in client relationship management, team leadership, and strategic talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements, organizational structure, and hiring needs to deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Pitch recruitment and staffing services to potential clients and negotiate terms of engagement.
  • Work closely with senior management to create and execute client acquisition strategies.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.


2. Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned clients — from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions while maintaining strong candidate and client experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, client feedback, and business performance.


3. Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to ensure performance and target achievement.
  • Provide training, performance reviews, and motivation to improve team productivity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the recruitment team.


4. Strategy & Reporting

  • Contribute to the development of recruitment and business development strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and talent availability to guide business planning.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client growth, revenue generation, and recruitment performance.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing business development.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and team management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
