We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing Sales Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B sales and client engagement.

You’ll be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting, working closely with Account Associates and Managers who will help you close opportunities and convert leads into projects.

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
  • Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, social platforms, and networking.
  • Qualify prospects and set meetings for Account Associates and Managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth meeting handovers and opportunity tracking.
  • Support the creation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and solutions teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field (IT-related courses a plus).
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in making cold calls and handling client conversations.
  • Organized, results-driven, and proactive in achieving targets.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.


Not Required but Nice to Have

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Background in the IT or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with enterprise clients or long sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation or sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
