We are looking for a goal-driven and strategic Business Development Officer to help expand our brand through partnerships and influencer collaborations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of social media, influencer trends, and digital marketing, who is ready to build meaningful connections and drive growth.

• Identify and connect with content creators, influencers, and brand partners
• Build and maintain relationships that align with the company’s marketing and sales goals
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to launch joint campaigns and initiatives
• Track and evaluate the success of partnerships and influencer engagements
• Seek out new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth plans
• Assist in negotiating and finalizing collaborations and deals

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in sourcing and engaging content creators and influencers
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus
