Hartech Solutions is looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Business Development Officer to represent our brand in retail stores. You will be the face of Hartech—engaging with walk-in customers, showcasing the latest gadgets and solutions, and turning product interest into actual sales.

• Promote and demonstrate Hartech’s products (e.g., smartphones, laptops, smart home devices) in retail outlets.
• Approach and engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable tech solutions.
• Highlight key product features, offer demos, and explain benefits in simple, relatable terms.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays and promotional setups.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory staff to replenish items.
• Keep track of sales performance and provide regular reporting.
• Stay up to date on product updates, features, and industry trends.
• Support in-store events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the sales and marketing team.

• Senior High School graduate or College level; background in sales, marketing, or IT is an advantage.
• Experience in retail sales or tech promotion is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Passion for technology and the ability to explain it clearly.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for long hours and carry lightweight products when necessary.
