PCon International Corp. is a leader in sustainable construction materials in the Philippines, manufacturing and distributing ECOBLOC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks and panels. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to promote EcoBloc AAC products and expand our network of industry partners. This role involves engaging with architects, construction companies, and developers to secure product specification, company accreditation, and project leads.

• Promote EcoBloc AAC at UAP (United Architects of the Philippines) events and relevant industry gatherings.
• Build strong connections with architectural firms to have EcoBloc specified in project designs.
• Engage with construction companies to secure accreditation for PCon International Corp. as an official material supplier.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property developers to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure product knowledge and support during client meetings.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in construction, building materials, or real estate industry preferred.
• Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and confident in client-facing activities and B2B sales.
• Willingness to attend events and travel as needed.
• Knowledge of AAC or sustainable building materials is an advantage.
