Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, including market makers, quantitative funds, research institutions, and brokers, promoting their account opening, trading, and long-term cooperation on the platform.

2. Formulate and execute institutional client acquisition plans in line with company strategy to achieve performance targets (trading volume, activity levels, capital scale, etc.).

3. Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate institutional clients' needs in areas such as fee discounts, API integration, dedicated liquidity support, master-sub accounts, and risk control solutions.

4. Regularly collect and analyze industry and competitor dynamics, and propose business optimization and market expansion suggestions.

5. Work closely with the marketing, product, risk control, and technical teams to participate in the design of business policies, planning of event programs, and resolution of key client issues.

6. Represent the company at industry summits, roadshows, and client events to enhance brand influence and institutional recognition.


Qualifications:

1. Possess 2-5 years of experience in blockchain/financial exchanges/brokerage/quantitative fund business development or institutional sales, with a preference for candidates with established institutional client resources.

2. In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, familiar with derivatives (contracts, options), market-making, API trading, and other business models.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service orientation, and cross-team collaboration abilities.

4. Proficiency in English as a working language; knowledge of other languages (such as Japanese, Korean, Russian, etc.) is a plus.

5. Strong goal orientation and resilience to pressure, able to adapt to a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Successful experience in acquiring or maintaining TOP-tier market makers, funds, and brokers.

• Familiarity with the operational model of exchange Pro/Institutional products (master-sub accounts, exclusive rates, dedicated managers).

• International background or overseas work experience.
