● Complete daily customer service tasks on the official website, actively understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions.

● Educate clients to equip them with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions.

● Establish strategic partnerships with our product distribution channels.

● Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, as well as client acquisition tactics, to achieve sales targets and drive new business growth.

● Efficiently manage the sales pipeline and regularly report on revenue performance and progress toward targets.

● Collaborate with specialists in product, data, and technology to maximize client satisfaction throughout their journey.
