Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities

• Manage and coach sales specialists

• Handle key accounts and support negotiations

• Develop and execute sales strategies with management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related

• 3–5 years experience in Business Development or Sales Management

• Background in office furniture / fit-out / corporate sales

• Strong leadership and consultative selling skills
