• Attain annual targets, ensuring sustained growth and operational excellence

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the advertising, media, or marketing industry
• Strong network and connections within the advertising and marketing sector
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve business goals
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working independently
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing, media planning, and branding is a plus
