We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst who will support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience in data extraction, transformation, analytics, and visualization, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and migrate data from various source systems to analytics platforms and reporting tools such as Tableau, Dynamics 365, and others.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to support business requirements and produce concise visualizations using tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, and other dashboarding platforms.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and data models that support critical decision-making.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, distribution properties, statistical testing) to interpret data and validate trends.
• Work with and build scalable data architectures, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and optimization of data pipelines.
• Utilize statistical programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, etc., to manipulate large datasets, derive insights, and automate data processes.
• Explore and implement machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks) where appropriate, understanding their real-world applications and limitations.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, improve processes, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Maintain a proactive, inquisitive mindset and constructively challenge current processes to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Master’s Degree program.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, and integration across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and practical application in business settings.
• Experience working with data architectures and analytics frameworks.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their real-world advantages and limitations.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and similar statistical programming languages.
• A self-starter with strong initiative, able to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the supported market’s language (C1 or above).
