- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems.
- Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Document work performed and report on maintenance activities.
- Assist with renovations and other construction projects as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine inspections, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure safety regulations are met.
- Working Conditions: Physical work environment requiring manual labor and adherence to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
