Description
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including plumbing and electrical.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of building facilities.
- Assist with facility improvements and renovations as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required; High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in front management, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems.
- Working Conditions: Varied indoor and outdoor environments; may involve physical labor.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude.
