As a Building Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

• Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always taken
• Meet residents' needs, offer options, resolve problems, and give feedback to
• residents
• Ensures full customer satisfaction.
• Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
• Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, may it be inside or outside the property
• Organizes and coordinates all special/social events for residents
• Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• A graduate of a BS Tourism or any related course
• 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Can start ASAP
