- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage billing tasks, coordinate move-in/move-out, maintain clear communication with clients, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

- Coordinate schedules and billings.
- Communicate effectively.
- Assist in data entry and documentation processes.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, excellent time-management, billing accuracy, knowledge of move-in/move-out processes, and strong communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for fieldwork. Have motorcycle
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused. MALE ONLY!!!
