- Continuously monitor BMS interface to identify system alarms, deviations from set parameters, and potential issues across HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults by adjusting settings, performing basic repairs, and coordinating with maintenance technicians for complex issues.
- Adapt system settings based on occupancy levels, weather conditions, and building usage to optimize energy efficiency and comfort levels.
- Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and identify trends to inform operational improvements.
- Implement software updates, parameter changes, and system upgrades as directed by facility management.
- Maintain detailed logs of system operations, alarms, maintenance activities, and system changes.
- Respond promptly to critical alarms and emergencies, taking necessary actions to mitigate potential risks.
- At least High School graduate
- Certified BMS Operator
- With at least 1 year work experience in the same role
