Description
- Handle social media operations and manage all published content across social media platforms
- Monitor, listen, and respond to community needs to cultivate following and sales
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social metrics, insights, and best practices.
- Closely work with the content manager to provide vital insights that could be utilized to improve content.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that enhances the brand image.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers
- Closely work with the brand manager to execute brand events, trade shows, product launches, and community events
- Track and report on event performance and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or brand coordination, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
